This platform is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this platform does NOT create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other healthcare professional relationship between you and Pluvia Gratiae Mental Health Foundation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the PG Habit Campaign web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
Assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify Pluvia Gratiae immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Pluvia Gratiae Mental Health Foundation will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
Attempting to hack, destabilize, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the Service.
Submitting false data or attempting to manipulate the streak/analytics algorithms.
Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users or Foundation staff.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUVIA GRATIAE MENTAL HEALTH FOUNDATION, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

(I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
(II) ANY DETERIORATION IN MENTAL HEALTH, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR PHYSICAL HARM THAT YOU MAY ATTRIBUTE TO THE USE OR NON-USE OF THE SERVICE;
(III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, UI designs, code, and branding (including the "PG Habit Campaign" and "Pluvia Gratiae" trademarks) are the exclusive property of Pluvia Gratiae Mental Health Foundation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without express written permission.

7. Modifications to the Service

Pluvia Gratiae reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.
